1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the Africa Gate platform (the "Service"), accessible at https://www.africagategroup.com, published by AFRICA GATE GROUP.

3. Definitions
"User": any person accessing the Service. "Partner/Supplier": company referenced on the platform. "Account": personal space to access the Service.
4. Acceptance
Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Service. In case of disagreement, the User must stop using the Service.
5. Access to the Service and Eligibility
The Service is intended for professional (B2B) use. The User declares to be authorized to represent the company they register and to have the required legal capacity.
6. Account and Security
Registration requires a valid email address and the creation of a strong password. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities carried out through their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
7. Description of the Service
Africa Gate enables referencing and verification (KYC) of partners/suppliers, B2B matchmaking, presentation of a product catalog, and messaging between professional actors. The Publisher may modify the features of the Service.
8. User Obligations
The User agrees to provide accurate information, not to infringe on the rights of third parties, not to distribute illegal, misleading, or infringing content, not to disrupt the operation of the Service, and not to attempt to access it without authorization.
9. Verification and Referencing
The Publisher reserves the right to verify the information and documents provided, and to approve, suspend, or refuse a referencing in case of inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant information.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, its trademarks, logos, and proprietary content are protected. The User retains rights over the content they publish and grants the Publisher a limited usage license for the operation of the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
11. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Service.
12. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher implements reasonable means to ensure availability and security, without guaranteeing a complete absence of interruption or error. The Publisher cannot be held responsible for commercial relations established between Users or for indirect damages.
13. Availability and Maintenance
The Publisher may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or technical reasons, striving to limit the inconvenience caused.
14. Suspension / Termination
The Publisher may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms of Service. The User may request the closure of their account at any time.
15. Droit applicable et litiges
These Terms of Service are governed by Beninese law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cotonou (Benin).
16. Changes
The Publisher may modify the Terms of Service. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of use of the Service; modifications are published on this page.
